Verification policy
What the blue check is, what it is not, and how it is granted or removed
1.What the blue check means
A blue check means ZettaGames staff reviewed this account's activity and confirmed it as a genuine, consistently active player with a clean recent record. It is a statement about activity and standing on this platform, made by this platform.
2.What it does not mean
- It is not proof of anyone's real-world identity, age, or legal name.
- It is not an endorsement of anything the account says in chat.
- It grants no moderation immunity — a verified account can be muted, suspended or banned like any other.
- It is not permanent and can be revoked without notice.
3.How to request it
Request verification from your profile. One open or approved request per account: asking again while a request is open simply returns its current status. Requests are reviewed by staff, and the decision — approve, reject or revoke — is stored with the reviewer and, where given, a reason.
4.Why a request can be refused
Common reasons: the account is too new or has too little play history, there are open moderation cases or recent sanctions, or the account is involved in rating abuse. A rejection is not a ban — you can play on exactly as before, and you may be reconsidered later.
5.Revocation
Verification is revoked when the account stops meeting the standard — for example after a serious moderation action or a confirmed fair-play finding. Revocation is recorded in the same audit trail as the original approval.
